I went all the way down to 16th or so Street on the V to check out these blue shimmer tights at Old Navy, and while I was shopping, impulse-added another pair of dark purple tights, a tank in the same purple, and a really cute black and white umbrella with a red handle to add to my spoils, waited on a longer-than-long line, only to find out that the socks only -- not the tights -- were 50% off.
