Yes you read that title correctly. A muffin equals freedom. Well it does. I don't think I have ever felt more free than when I eat a muffin for breakfast instead of something fortifying and healthy. I feel free from counting calories. Free from making proper choices. Free from taking the road less traveled by. All Americans eat muffins for breakfast. I feel American. It is hard to take the road
