It seems that every time I turn around lately, I see another article about horchata, a traditional Mexican beverage made with milk, rice, and a hint of cinnamon. And so I have become obsessed. And the only way to get over my obsession is to blog about it.Doesn't horchata sound delicious? I have only tried it once, where it was called chicha, a Venezuelan version described as a "delicious sweet
