There are no words to describe our excitement at Mitusuwa in Edgewater, NJ as we gazed into the sizable refrigerated case of artisanal tofu imported from Japan's ancient capital, Kyoto. Kyoto! I still cannot believe the deliciousness of each variety. And the texture! You have never tasted anything like it. Needless to say, we came home with armfuls.
