Riding home on the L Train last night, observing everyone as I always do (searching for excellent bags, etc), I spied this woman's tattoo on her inner wrist. Pardon the blurry photograph, but it was another one of those stealth shots that required quickness.Her tattoo read, "JUST BE"I think I would require more instructions.
