yay, not another bar or bodega

I am so thrilled to have learned this morning that a bookstore will be opening on my corner!! A bookstore!! I hope it is not just children's books. Not that I have anything against bars or bodegas, but we already have a bunch within a two-block area. It is nice to have some variety. YAY!
