I just saw some amazing Thai- and Vietnamese-inspired desserts by Pichet Ong, pastry chef at Spice Market and 66, just 2 of Jean-Georges Vongerichten's high-profile restaurants. I love the decor of 66! And Pichet's desserts are so clever and complex. Elements that piqued my interest: ovaltine mousse & vietnamese coffee sauce. I am sure that 66 will be impossible to get into on Valentine's Day,
